Start by clearing clutter and selling furniture you no longer need. Once the walls and floors are fixed, you can pick colors and furnish the rooms. Client briefs give you something to work toward and unlock more properties.
There are 15 homes to restore, and you can return to finished ones to decorate freely. The game saves automatically. If you play in the browser, use the same browser profile to pick up where you left off.
